Executive coaching can include a leadership assessment, 360 Feedback and development planning.  Leaders develop action plans and evaluate their progress.   360 Feedback tools provide insight to set goals and measure results.

Group Leadership Coaching is a method for teams and leaders to build skills and competencies to reach strategic goals.  Group accountability for coaching outcomes and results increases with group sessions. 

LDR develops and delivers group coaching to meet the specific goals of each organization and leader.  LDR engages leaders in coaching sessions that build capabilities in teamwork and leadership competencies.  The impact of leadership coaching can be measured by using tools to assess the leader's impact on employee engagement, organizational cliamte, or employee satisfaction. 

Leadership Development Plans provide a structure to identify goals and ensure executives' progress.

Individual Leadership Development Plans are based on:

• Interviews with the leader, peers, manager and employees
• 360 Degree Survey Feedback

• Identification of Leadership Competency Strengths and Gaps

We include specific targets and measures for actions plans. And then provide the coaching for the leader to achieve the results.  We can also incorporate development planning into group sessions for executive teams.

Work/Life Balance Plans provide a comprehensive approach for identifying strategies to accomplish the goals that are most important at this time in life.  Through a systematic coaching approach of setting priorities and working through goals, LDR's coaches help individuals achieve the balance they seek.
